Cape Fear River Boats would like to thank all our customers and supporters from near and far for all the wonderful years we were able to share the Henrietta III with you. You quickly adopted her as “Wilmington’s boat” and gave her a great home 15 years.
As was announced January 21, 2016, the Henrietta III was sold to a Florida-based company and will be leaving our docks no later than March.
We are currently shopping for a smaller replacement for the Henrietta III suited for private charters, sightseeing, murder mystery, and nature cruises in 2016. So stay tuned!
Take note that we will still be operating our 48-person sightseeing boat, the Captain J.N. Maffitt and the John Knox when the season begins in March.
We invite locals and visitors to the riverfront to take pictures and say goodbye in the coming weeks.
