We’re proud to open Wilmington’s only Riverside Grill!
Nestled directly next to the Cape Fear River atop our floating barge, you will find a casual and comfortable grill serving a variety of tasty meals, snacks, treats, and cold beverages. Our goal in opening the River Grill in 2016 was to provide an inviting, family-friendly atmosphere to enjoy a meal or snack at an affordable price. Meanwhile, diners are able to enjoy the calming view and breeze at no additional charge.

A variety of summertime favorites including burgers, hot dogs, tenders, and ice cream for dessert.
The River Dog with Fries $4.25. The River Dog & Fries $6.25.
Chicken Tenders w/ Fries & Drink $8.25 and 2 dipping sauces. Onion Rings $1 extra.

Belly-up to the Bar
First come, first serve for bar stools at the bar. We are excited to bring you the best view from a bar stool in Wilmington. Ask the bartender about daily specials. We also have a wide selection of beers and wines sold by the bottle or glass.
Dine in or take your meal “To Go”
The word is quickly spreading to Downtown Wilmington businesses that are food, prices are service are unbeatable. If you don’t have time to join us on the “The Barge” for your lunch, we welcome you to take your order ‘to go’ back to the office, with you on a sightseeing cruise, or to enjoy along The Wilmington Downtown Riverwalk.

Our grill, snack shop, bar, and dining area are all located on our floating barge located at the foot of Dock Street. There is not a bad seat or a bad view in the whole place!

Good food at fair prices right on the river. Burgers, hot dogs, ice cream, chicken tenders, fantastic fries… I think they even had nachos on offer. Plenty of drink choices (even beer if that’s your thing), and you can take it on the river tour if you want!
The tour is super informative, and the captain seems to have a way of delivering jokes that makes even the most obvious ones worthy of a good chuckle. All in all, 10/10 experience. I will definitely be back on my next vacation. My son will be so excited to see the U.S.S. North Carolina from the water!
